What's your capability vector?

Single-file leaderboards squash genuinely different kinds of capability onto one ladder. The HACT fix: stop asking who ranks highest, and map through which capabilities someone couples with AI — one level on each of five coordinates. Rate yourself, see your vector, and check whether you dominate, trail, or are structurally incomparable to another profile.

1 · Rate the five coordinates

One answer per axis. Each level is a coordinate, not a grade — there is no total score, by design.

2 · Your capability vector

M = Model · E = Engineering · P = Product · C = Cognition · I = Impact (reach, not height)

Rate all five axes to see your vector.

Honesty note, from the essay itself: HACT is descriptive vocabulary, not a certified measuring instrument — level labels have no operationalized criteria yet, so two assessors could place the same person differently. Treat your vector as a coordinate sketch, not a verdict.

3 · Compare: dominate, trail, or incomparable?

Pick a comparison profile. The rule: A dominates B only if A is at least equal on every axis and strictly higher on at least one. Otherwise, the pair is structurally incomparable.
